This Privacy Policy describes how Onirica (“the App”), developed and distributed by Matteo Marjanovic (“I”, “me”, or “my”), handles your information.

Please read this document carefully. The short version: Onirica does not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data. Everything happens on your Mac.

2. What Data Onirica Collects

None.

Onirica does not collect any personal data, usage data, analytics, or telemetry of any kind. The App operates entirely on your device. No information about you, your prompts, or your generated images is ever transmitted to me or any third party.

3. How the App Works

Onirica runs an AI model locally on your Mac. When you generate or edit an image:

• Your text prompts are processed entirely on-device
• Your images are generated and stored locally on your Mac
• No prompt, image, or any other input or output ever leaves your device
• No internet connection is required to use the App after the initial model download

4. Model Download

The AI model powering Onirica is delivered via Apple’s Background Assets framework. This download is handled entirely by Apple and is subject to Apple’s own privacy policy. Once downloaded, the model resides on your device and operates fully offline.

5. Purchase and Payment

Onirica is sold as a one-time purchase through the Mac App Store. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple. I do not receive, store, or have access to any payment information, billing details, or personal data related to your purchase. Please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy for details on how your purchase data is handled.

6. Third-Party Services

Onirica does not integrate with any third-party analytics platforms, advertising networks, or data brokers. No third-party SDKs that collect user data are included in the App.

7. Children’s Privacy

Onirica does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. As the App collects no data whatsoever, it poses no specific privacy risk to minors beyond the App’s age rating as defined on the Mac App Store.

8. Data Retention

Since Onirica does not collect any data, there is nothing for me to retain or delete. All files generated by the App are stored locally on your Mac and are entirely under your control. You can delete them at any time using Finder or the App itself.

9. Your Rights (GDPR)

As a user based in the European Union or elsewhere, you may have rights regarding your personal data under applicable law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Since Onirica does not collect or process any personal data, there is no data for me to provide, correct, or delete on my end. 10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If I make material changes, I will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
